Cyril Academy is an initiative of CINI Child in Need Institute, established in 2020. It is an English-medium, co-educational school that follows the CBSE curriculum. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the school.

Essential Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree English-medium background with B.Ed.

• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

• Sincere, adaptable, and capable of handling administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Dynamic, dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated individual with integrity, determination, and a clear vision eager to learn and grow.

• Strong team player with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with parents and aspiring students.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years&rsquo experience as a School Manager/Administrator in a reputed school.

Languages

• Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Student mobilization, enrollment, and admission processes.

• Collection of student fees, maintenance of records, and follow-up.

• Preparation of the annual school budget and adherence to the approved budget.

• Overseeing day-to-day school operations and official correspondence.

• Procurement and management of school logistics, stationery, and related supplies.

• Human resource management, including attendance, leave, performance monitoring, appraisals, and related matters.

• Coordination with CINI management, administration, and finance teams.

• Interaction with parents and coordination with the academic team and Campus-in-Charge.

• Facilitation and follow-up of school affiliation processes.

• Management and upkeep of school assets.

• Maintenance of mandatory school records, registers, stock, and files.

• Overall supervision and administration of the school.

• Liaison with local administration, neighboring schools, hospitals, police, and other stakeholders.

• Any other duties assigned by the line manager or school management.

Cost to Company CTC

• 30,000 per month Negotiable
